These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and 1jl16 (the "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 1jl16 platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By creating an account on 1jl16, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

1jl16 accepts deposits via various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), over-the-counter cash deposits (7-Eleven Cliqq), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 1jl16 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our internal security procedures. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for amounts up to Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000.00). Larger withdrawals and bank transfers may require additional processing time and verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Daily withdrawal limits vary based on your account tier and verification status. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱500,000.00) per day, while VIP accounts enjoy higher limits as determined by their tier level.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

1jl16 operates in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large transactions or when suspicious activity is detected. Funds used for deposits must originate from a legitimate source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

1jl16 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ₱1,000 with a 25x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱25,000 before associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1jl16 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting system errors or glitches.

5.4 Withdrawal Before Completing Requirements

If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be available for withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Game Results

All games on the 1jl16 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomization devices. Game outcomes are determined by these randomization systems and cannot be predicted, influenced, or altered by any party. The result shown in your game history is final and binding.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects game results or account balances, 1jl16 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore accounts to their status immediately prior to the malfunction. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues fairly and in accordance with industry standards.

6.3 Game Disconnections

If your connection to a game is interrupted (due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or server problems), any active wagers will continue to resolve according to the game's rules. For live dealer games, the hand or round will be completed by the dealer. You can review the outcome in your game history once reconnected.

6.4 Responsible Betting

You are encouraged to bet responsibly and within your financial means. 1jl16 provides various responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality check reminders. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 1jl16 Platform:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, exploit, or reverse engineer any aspect of the Platform or its games;
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including credit card fraud, identity theft, or money laundering;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account;
• Abusing customer service staff, other players, or dealers through harassment, threats, or abusive language;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform or games for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform's functionality.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities. 1jl16 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to cooperate fully with legal authorities in such investigations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 1jl16 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 1jl16 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The 1jl16 name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 1jl16. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. Game content, including graphics, animations, and software, is licensed from third-party providers and remains their intellectual property.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content, any collection or use of game listings or descriptions, any downloading or copying of account information, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 1jl16 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1jl16 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall 1jl16, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of 1jl16 to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00), whichever is less.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Dispute Procedure

10.2 Escalation

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through customer support, disputes may be escalated to our Compliance Department for formal review. The Compliance Department will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a written decision within fifteen (15) business days of receiving all necessary documentation.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute procedures shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 1jl16 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new account if you wish to use the Service again in the future.

11.2 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00) per month, deducted from the account balance. We will notify you via email before applying such fees. Accounts with zero balance may be closed automatically after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.

11.3 Termination by 1jl16

1jl16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform, other Users, or our business operations. Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new accounts.

11.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

1jl16 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Users via email and post a notice on the Platform. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
